Once you receive your hair it already has been prewashed and cleaned for sanitary bases. But its highly also advised to rewash the hair with shampoo and conditioner you can use our Eterna Beau hair travel kit which includes shampoo and conditioner together or buy products that are sulfate free from a local beauty supply store.

Eterna beau hair should not be used in an aggressive manner when shampooing the hair shampoo in a downward motion. We also highly recommend visiting a hair stylist of yours if need be, to get your hair extensions shampooed regularly especially if you’re wearing sew-in installations. We highly recommend to not cut our bundles when installing and having your stylist use the fold over method so wefts aren’t damage and can be easily re-used.
